the online appointment process

The Appointment process is as follows:

1) Click the link to take you to the Online Appointments Requests Page

2) Click on the Product that contains the number of hours your interested in purchasing

3) Click Start Booking Now

4) Confirm that your in the correct month (the month is shown above the calender ) you may need to use the arrows on either side of the month to get to the correct month

5) Click on the day of the month you want

6) Underneath the calendar, you will see the Time Slots that are still available for that day, click on the time that you want your rental to start, then click the continue button

7) This will bring up the page that states: Service will be provided at your location, fill in the boxes with your address information, then click the Book button

8) Fill out the required information and click Continue to Payment

9) This will bring up your shopping cart showing the amount of the product or service, the tax will be shown, we are also required to collect Sales Tax

10) You will not be asked pay at this time, the total amount will be shown as pay later, Click the Confirm Booking button, you will get a popup Thanking you for the Booking, it will show the order ID number and all of the booking information, make sure the information is correct and is exactly what you wanted

11) When you click the Confirm Booking Button, we will be notified, at that time we will call you for a verbal confirmation of the pertinent information, we will discuss the  the total amount and answer any questions that you may have

12)  At that time we will email you a Pay Link with the total amount to pay. We use Square for all of Credit/Debit Card processing & Gift Cards.

!!!!!!  The time slot that was chosen will not be Reserved until the payment is made, only after payment will the Reservation be held
