the Appointment Reservation/Booking form
The Appointment process is as follows:
1) Click the link to take you to the Online Appointments Requests Page
2) Click the Start Booking Now Button on the Product that contains the number of hours your interested in purchasing
3) This will take you to the page to reserve your date & time
4) If the calendar does not show the date or time you want then it no longer available
5) Click on the day of the month you want the Reservation.
6) click the continue button
7) This will bring up the page that states: Service will be provided at your location, fill in the boxes with your address information, then click the Book Button
8) This will bring up your shopping cart, if you have an account with us you can sign in, if not, fill out the required information, Click Continue to Payment
9) this will bring up your shopping cart showing the amount of the products or services, the tax to be collected with the Subtotal. The Delivery charge will be added after we determine the Distance from our office.
10) You will not be asked pay at this time, the Subtotal Amount will be shown, Click the Confirm Booking button, you will get a popup Thanking you for the Booking, it will show the order ID and all the booking information, make sure the information is correct and is exactly what you wanted.
11) At that time, we will be notified , we will call you for a verbal confirmation (usually within 30 Minutes) to go over the pertinent information, we will inform you how much the Delivery Charge is and answer any questions that you may have.
12) At that time we will email you a Pay Link for payment due, you can pay there or go to our website to pay there, we use Square for all off our credit card processing, including the Gift Cards that are available (if you wanted to pay over time you will have that option during checkout)
The time slot that was chosen will not be Reserved until you Checkout, only after Payment will the Reservation be held
