The Humanoid Robot Rentals Process

Robot Rental has a process to Reserve your Appointment Time-Please See Below- See How Our Our Rental Process Works

1) Go to Appointments

2) Click RESERVATION NOW with the hours you want

3) fill out the required information & Click Continue

4) The cart will include the amount of the Services, the Tax.

The distance Fees will be added after we determine the Distance from our office to cover travel time. There is no distance charge for local customers

5) Click the Confirm Booking button, (at the end of the process we will email you a pay link to pay) a popup will Thank You for the Booking, it will show the order ID and all the booking information, make sure the information is correct and is exactly what you wanted.

6)At that time we will call you for a verbal confirmation and to go over the pertinent information, provide the delivery fee and answer any questions that you may have.

-Then-

7) We will email you a Pay Link for payment due or you can pay using the Pay Link. We use Square for all off our credit card processing and Gift Cards (if you wanted to pay over time you will have that option during checkout)

The time slot that was chosen will only be reserved after Payment has been made.

Is there a Delivery Charge associated with every Robot Rental Appointment Reservation?

Yes, every appointment reservation has a surcharge for delivery. These surcharges differ depending on the distance of the delivery. They are as follows, 0-20 miles is $20.00, 0-40 miles is $40.00 After $40.00 is an additional $4.00 a mile. Distances are determined by Google Maps.

Do you travel outside of your city for events?

Yes, we are willing to travel outside of our city for events. Additional travel fees will apply depending on the distance of the rental

Can you explain the Appointment Reservation Making Process?

Yes, we are willing to travel outside of our city for events. Additional travel fees may apply depending on the location.

What type of equipment do you use?

We use a Humanoid Robot manufactured by Unitree Robotics, watch our robots walk around, sit, squat, wave, shake hand and let each guests talk to the Robot!

Does every Robot Rental Booking include photos of my guests and Myself

Yes, all Bookings include photos taken of you and your guests with the Humanoid Robot. All photos will be turned over to you at the completion of the Rental period. We will ask if any of the photos could be used on our Website, Facebook (Meta)
